Canva is recruiting a visionary Head of Enterprise Growth Marketing & Demand Generation at our global headquarters in Surry Hills, Sydney. You will accelerate the enterprise adoption of Canva across Fortune 500 organizations, architecting full-funnel acquisition, paid digital strategies, product-led sales handoffs, and ABM campaigns.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Architect the: Architect the global demand generation strategy driving marketing-sourced pipeline for enterprise sales teams.
- Deploy sophisticated: Deploy sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting C-suite leaders in global enterprises.
- Manage multi-million: Manage multi-million dollar performance marketing budgets across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and paid social.
- Partner with: Partner with marketing operations and data science teams to optimize multi-touch attribution models.
- Lead and: Lead and scale an international team of growth marketers, content strategists, and marketing automation specialists.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at Canva, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years B2B tech growth marketing or demand generation leadership (SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record scaling annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $100M to $1B+.
- Deep expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Google Analytics 4, and Snowflake.

- Competitive Remuneration: AU$185,000 – AU$230,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
