Last Updated: 22 September 2026
Welcome to Jobsticle.com (“Jobsticle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://jobsticle.com/, including our website, job listings, employer services, user accounts, career resources, job alerts, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Jobsticle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. About Jobsticle
Jobsticle is an online employment platform that helps users discover job opportunities and helps employers and recruiters publish employment opportunities and connect with potential candidates.
Jobsticle may display job information obtained from employers, recruiters, partners, job feeds, APIs, publicly available sources, or other authorised sources.
Jobsticle is not an employer or recruitment agency for every position listed on the platform, and the existence of a job listing on Jobsticle does not mean that Jobsticle is the employer.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use employment-related services in your jurisdiction to use Jobsticle.
By using the Services, you represent that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you have authority to create an account where applicable;
- you will comply with applicable laws;
- you will not use the Services for unlawful purposes; and
- you will comply with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account.
Voluntary Account Termination: You retain complete control over your account. You may terminate these Terms and permanently close your account at any time without fee or penalty by navigating to Dashboard > Settings > Deactivate Account. Deactivation immediately unpublishes your candidate or employer profile and removes your data from active directories.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- keeping your account information current;
- securing access to your account; and
- all activity occurring through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must not create an account using false identity information or impersonate another individual, business, employer, or organisation.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or for fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Job Seekers
Job seekers may use Jobsticle to:
- search for jobs;
- browse employers;
- save jobs;
- create profiles where available;
- receive job alerts;
- access career resources; and
- apply for employment opportunities.
Jobsticle does not guarantee that a job seeker will receive an interview, application response, offer, or employment.
Job seekers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted in applications, resumes, CVs, profiles, and communications is accurate and truthful.
5. Employers and Recruiters
Employers and recruiters may use Jobsticle to publish employment opportunities subject to applicable plans, policies, and requirements.
Employers and recruiters are responsible for ensuring that:
- job listings are accurate;
- job descriptions are not misleading;
- advertised positions actually exist;
- qualifications and requirements are represented accurately;
- salary information is not misleading;
- application instructions are functional where applicable;
- they have the necessary authority to publish the listing;
- they comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, privacy, and advertising laws; and
- job listings do not contain unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory content.
We may reject, edit, remove, suspend, or restrict a job listing where we believe it violates our policies, these Terms, or applicable law.
6. Job Listings
Job listings displayed on Jobsticle may come from third-party sources.
Although we may take reasonable steps to maintain useful and current listings, we do not guarantee that every listing is:
- accurate;
- complete;
- current;
- available;
- suitable for a particular applicant;
- authorised by the employer;
- free from errors; or
- still accepting applications.
Job vacancies may be filled, withdrawn, changed, or closed by employers without notice to Jobsticle.
Job seekers should verify important job details with the employer or application provider before submitting an application.

When you click an external application link, you may be redirected to:
- an employer website;
- a recruitment agency website;
- an applicant-tracking system;
- a third-party job board; or
- another external service.
Once you leave Jobsticle, the third party’s own terms and privacy policy may apply.
Jobsticle does not control the availability, security, content, practices, or policies of external websites and is not responsible for information submitted directly to them.

Users may submit content such as:
- resumes;
