Domain Group is seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Sales Director to drive non-traditional revenue streams and ecosystem partnerships.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Originate, structure,: Originate, structure, and negotiate commercial partnerships with major financial institutions, insurers, and utility providers.
- Develop co-branded: Develop co-branded digital product offerings leveraging Domain’s extensive property data assets.
- Lead a: Lead a team of commercial business development managers to exceed commercial revenue targets.
- Represent Domain: Represent Domain at major property, proptech, and fintech industry conferences.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at Domain Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- 8+ years senior commercial business development experience in digital platforms, fintech, or media.
- Proven track record executing high-value commercial partnerships ($5M+).
- Executive presence, strategic visionary mindset, and outstanding negotiation capabilities.

- Competitive Remuneration: AU$160,000 – AU$200,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
- Remuneration $160,000 – $200,000 + attractive performance bonus + super.
