Description
Position Overview: Growth Marketing Manager, (German and English speaking)
This is a hands-on ownership role across paid media, email, SEO, content, affiliates, and partnerships. You won’t be specialising here. You’ll be jumping across channels as priorities shift, moving fast, and applying the kind of multi-channel instincts that take most marketers years to develop. You’ll set channel strategy with Oliver, and own the execution, spot what isn’t working, and push to fix it. You’ll work directly with other senior growth marketers and cross-functional partners in product and analytics. You’ll write creative briefs informed by data and patient insights, run A/B tests, manage campaign assets, and keep affiliate and influencer relationships moving. The scope is deliberately wide. That’s the point.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
In this position at Eucalyptus, your primary deliverables and day-to-day focus areas include:
- Own paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms: building audiences, managing creative testing, and optimising towards acquisition and efficiency targets
- Own email campaigns end to end in CustomerIO: building flows, setting triggers, defining audiences, and iterating based on performance data
- Drive SEO content creation and optimisation to grow Eucalyptus’s organic patient acquisition across UK and international markets
- Write and manage creative briefs informed by campaign data, patient research, and market trends, working closely with the creative team
- Run A/B tests across channels with clear hypotheses, track what you learn, and feed that back into the next round of decisions
- Own affiliate and influencer partnerships day to day, including the channel’s overall contribution
- Analyse campaign performance across channels and produce clear, actionable reporting that drives what we do next
- Stay close to what’s changing across paid, email, and content channels and bring relevant signals back to the team
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, Eucalyptus is seeking candidates who possess the following credentials, competencies, and mindset:
- 5–8 years’ hands-on experience across several marketing channels: paid, email, content, CRM, or similar. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you’ve owned real outcomes in more than one, not just contributed to them.
- Native or bilingual level of German and experience in German market.
- Fluent with data and metrics. You can build the reporting as well as read a dashboard, form a hypothesis, and make a call. You know that “we should test it” isn’t a decision; a clear test with a clear hypothesis is.
- Good at operating independently. You set the goal as often as you’re handed it, work out the path, and escalate when there’s a genuine blocker, not just when something gets hard.
- Collaborative across functions. You can talk to product, analytics, and creative without needing everything translated, and you build relationships without being told to.
- Adaptable when priorities shift. You re-cut your own priorities rather than waiting for someone to do it for you.
- Genuinely curious about how businesses work. You think about ROI, you care whether a campaign is contributing something real, and you wonder why a metric moved rather than just noting that it did.
- This role is based in London, with three days a week in our Old Street office.
Workplace Culture, Mentorship & Benefits
Eucalyptus fosters a high-autonomy, patient-first culture backed by the scale of Hims & Hers:
- Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, and skincare.

- Build something world-changing – We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. It will be challenging, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding.
- Make real impact – You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence-based care across markets.
- Accelerate your growth – You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support.
- Join a motivated team – You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale.
