Position Overview: Technology Recruiter
At Euc, our lean, high-performing Talent team partners closely with hiring managers to scale teams across Australia, Manila, Japan, the UK, and Germany. As our Technology Recruiter, you’ll own hiring across our engineering, data, product, and design functions — partnering with technical leaders to build the teams that power our platform and patient experience. It’s a role for someone who understands technical hiring deeply: what good looks like across different engineering disciplines, how to engage passive technical talent, and how to move quickly without compromising on quality. You’ll work in fast cycles, help shape how we show up to technical candidates, and bring the rigour and market knowledge that earns trust with technical stakeholders. This role reports to the Head of Talent within the People team.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

- Drive key operational objectives and clinical/commercial deliverables aligned with Technology Recruiter requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, growth, and operations teams across global hubs.
- Ensure highest standards of operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient-centric excellence.
- Proactively identify process improvements, workflow automations, and scalable methodologies.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, Eucalyptus is seeking candidates who possess the following credentials, competencies, and mindset:
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience hiring across multiple markets and cultures, particularly across APAC.
- Familiarity with technical assessment tools or structured interviewing frameworks for engineering roles.
