Ray White Prestige Eastern Suburbs is looking for a licensed Senior Residential Sales Agent & Partner based in Edgecliff, Sydney. You will represent vendors in selling multi-million dollar architectural residences, heritage terraces, and harbourfront estates, commanding marketing campaigns, buyer inspections, and competitive auction rooms.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

  • Originate and: Originate and secure high-value exclusive sale and auction listings across prestige Eastern Suburbs postcodes.
  • Conduct polished: Conduct polished open-for-inspections and private VIP buyer walkthroughs.
  • Negotiate contracts: Negotiate contracts of sale, off-market transactions, and auction reserve pricing with vendors.
  • Direct digital: Direct digital and print property marketing campaigns across realestate.com.au, Domain, and social media.
  • Maintain an: Maintain an active qualified database of high-net-worth property investors and buyer’s agents.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Ray White Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Agent (NSW Fair Trading).
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
  • Current NSW Real Estate Agent Licence (Class 1 or 2).
  • Minimum 5 years proven track record in residential real estate sales with verified high-GCI production.
  • Deep local market intelligence and established network across Sydney’s East.
  • Charismatic negotiation abilities and impeccable professional presentation.
