JLL is hiring a Senior Facilities Manager in Melbourne CBD to oversee building engineering and tenant services at iconic 101 Collins Street.

JLL Property & Asset Management is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to manage operational engineering and tenant services at 101 Collins Street.

As a key member of the team at JLL Australia in Melbourne, VIC, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Direct building: Direct building engineering operations including HVAC chillers, elevators, and electrical infrastructure.
• Manage operational: Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets, optimizing energy efficiency to maintain 5.5-Star NABERS.
• Supervise maintenance: Supervise maintenance contractors and ensure rigid compliance with workplace health and safety laws.
• Maintain strong: Maintain strong relationships with high-profile corporate legal and financial tenants.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at JLL Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 5 years facilities management experience within Premium or A-Grade commercial office buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS), life safety systems, and essential services.
• Proven financial management and contractor management skills.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$130,000 – AU$155,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Remuneration $130,000 – $155,000 + performance bonus + superannuation.
