Ray White Commercial Gold Coast has an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Leasing Manager to handle high-profile retail and commercial office leases.

As a key member of the team at Ray White in Gold Coast, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Manage commercial: Manage commercial leasing campaigns for institutional and private landlord clients.
• Negotiate Heads: Negotiate Heads of Agreement, commercial lease terms, and incentive packages.
• Conduct tenant: Conduct tenant representation searches and market rent feasibility assessments.
• Cultivate relationships: Cultivate relationships with national corporate tenants, hospitality operators, and retail chains.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Ray White, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Real Estate Agent Licence (QLD) or Property Degree.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Agent Licence or Certificate of Registration.
• Minimum 5 years commercial property leasing experience on the Gold Coast or Brisbane.
• Deep understanding of the Commercial Tenancy Agreement laws and Retail Shop Leases Act.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$110,000 – AU$140,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive base salary $110,000 – $140,000 + lucrative uncapped commission splits + super.
• Extensive existing management portfolio with strong listing pipeline.
• Cavill Avenue office location right on the Gold Coast beachfront.
• Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave (with 17.5% annual leave loading where applicable) plus 10 days paid personal/carer’s leave.
