Seven West Media is looking for a creative Senior Brand & Digital Campaign Manager to orchestrate high-impact cross-platform marketing campaigns for Channel 7.

As a key member of the team at Seven West Media in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Direct 360-degree: Direct 360-degree marketing launches for major television entertainment franchises and live sports.
• Develop digital: Develop digital engagement strategies to accelerate viewership on the 7plus streaming platform.
• Collaborate with: Collaborate with creative agencies, on-air promo producers, and digital media planners.
• Manage marketing: Manage marketing budgets and track brand awareness and ratings impact.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Seven West Media, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 5+ years brand marketing experience within television broadcasting, streaming media, or entertainment.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale integrated consumer brand campaigns.
• Exceptional creative flair and commercial media planning capabilities.

At Seven West Media, we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$125,000 – AU$150,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Remuneration $125,000 – $150,000 + bonus + superannuation.
