Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Direct retail: Direct retail operations and sales performance across a cluster of major department complexes.
• Lead store: Lead store proprietors and sales managers to achieve monthly revenue and gross margin targets.
• Monitor retail: Monitor retail inventory levels, visual merchandising displays, and logistics deliveries.
• Champion exceptional: Champion exceptional customer service standards and resolve complex customer inquiries.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Harvey Norman, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or Commerce.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 5 years senior retail multi-store or big-box store management experience.
• Demonstrated track record driving multi-million retail sales volumes and managing P&Ls.
• Inspiring, energetic sales leadership style.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$130,000 – AU$160,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Package $130,000 – $160,000 + company car allowance + lucrative profit-share bonus.
