Role Mission & Operational Setting: Postal Network & Logistics Operations
In your capacity as a CRM Marketing & Sales Enablement based in Richmond, you will execute essential operational deliverables that keep Australian supply chains fluid and dependable. Operating within our Postal Network & Logistics Operations division, your work directly influences the speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction experienced by households and commercial enterprises.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Operational Deliverables
While specific duties vary depending on facility requirements, rostered shift patterns, and customer volume peaks, core responsibilities for this position include:
- Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing and sales enablement strategies that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness and commercial outcomes. • Design and optimise automated customer journeys, lifecycle programs, lead generation and nurture programs using data and customer insights alongside technical teams • Partner with business, technology and vendor teams to define requirements, improve processes and deliver scalable martech and automation solutions. • Own and continuously enhance key sales enablement and marketing technology platforms, including roadmap planning, optimisation and performance measurement. • Lead a small team while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused and inclusive culture.
- Experience leading teams and delivering B2B marketing, customer lifecycle, sales enablement or marketing automation programs within large and complex organisations. • Demonstrated success designing, implementing and optimising automated marketing, customer journey’s and 1: 1 campaigns . .
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Seismic or comparable martech platforms. • Advanced stakeholder management, program delivery and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. • Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Miro and Confluence.
