Virgin Australia is looking for a Senior Inflight Experience & Cabin Service Delivery Manager based at our Village headquarters in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. You will shape the guest journey at 35,000 feet, designing contemporary inflight dining, business class amenities, and service delivery protocols executed by thousands of cabin crew.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Design end-to-end: Design end-to-end inflight dining, beverage menus, and packaging with catering partners (dnata, Gate Gourmet).
- Establish service: Establish service procedures and hospitality rituals across Business and Economy cabins.
- Ensure cabin: Ensure cabin service procedures comply with CASA aviation safety standards and aircraft weight limitations.
- Analyze real-time: Analyze real-time passenger satisfaction scores and crew feedback to resolve inflight friction points.
- Collaborate with: Collaborate with marketing teams on signature cabin scents, music boarding playlists, and uniform styling.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at Virgin Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or Business & Extensive Commercial Airline Experience.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- Degree in Hospitality, Aviation Management, or Business.
- 6+ years experience in airline inflight service, luxury hospitality, or passenger transport customer experience.
- Deep understanding of aviation catering supply chains and aircraft galley equipment.
- Inspiring communicator capable of galvanizing a large remote workforce.

- Competitive Remuneration: AU$135,000 – AU$165,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
- Salary $135,000 – $165,000 + 11.5% super + performance incentive.
