Fulton Hogan is hiring an Asphalt Paving Supervisor to direct surfacing crews on motorway and arterial road upgrades across South East Queensland.

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Civil Asphalt Paving Supervisor to lead our road surfacing crews based out of Morningside, Brisbane.

As a key member of the team at Fulton Hogan in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Supervise daily: Supervise daily asphalt laying operations, coordinating paver speeds and rolling patterns.
• Ensure asphalt: Ensure asphalt temperature and compaction comply with QLD TMR specifications.
• Manage on-site: Manage on-site traffic control integration and site safety hazard assessments.
• Complete daily: Complete daily production logs and asphalt yield calculations.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Fulton Hogan, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Certificate III in Civil Construction (Roads).
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand in asphalt paving.
• Deep knowledge of asphalt mix designs, laydown procedures, and compaction equipment.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and White Card.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$95,000 – AU$120,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary $95,000 – $120,000 + overtime penalties + fully equipped company ute.
