Pilbara Minerals is currently recruiting an experienced and dedicated Master Data Specialist to join the team in Perth Corporate Office, WA, Australia. Operating on a 5:2 Perth Corporate Hybrid, this role reports directly to the Senior Master Data Specialist within the Asset Readiness team and is responsible for delivering high-standard operational deliverables that underpin safe, continuous production.

Based at Pilbara Minerals’ corporate office in West Perth with potential site liaison, this position plays an integral role in driving engineering, systems governance, commercial planning, and continuous improvement across the company’s tier-one hard-rock lithium portfolio.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• ERP Master Data Governance: Create, maintain and update maintenance master data within the CMMS in accordance with defined standards and governance requirements.
• Asset Hierarchy & BOM Architecture: Review and action approved master data change requests.
• Cataloguing & Vendor Data Integrity: Conduct data validation, auditing and data quality improvement activities.
• Data Cleansing & Deduplication: Deliver dedicated operational support to projects, asset readiness and operational teams through the delivery of master data solutions.
• Business Process Optimization: Contribute to CMMS improvements, testing and system enhancement activities.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Pilbara Minerals, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 – 6 Years of verified operational mining or industrial experience in Australia.
• Data Governance Background: Fixed Plant, Non-Processing Infrastructure or Mobile Maintenance Master Data experience highly regarded.
• Pronto or SAP ERP Experience: Experience working with CMMS or maintenance management systems (Pronto desirable).
• Asset Management Standards (ISO 55000): Experience developing, maintaining or governing master data within an operational environment.
• Advanced Excel & Data Analytics: Understanding of maintenance, planning, asset management or work management processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$125,000 – AU$150,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%). (Salary structure is not officially stated by the employer; this represents the general industry standard for this position in Western Australia.)
