About the Role: Fleet Safety & Vehicle Compliance Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and operational initiatives in full compliance with Australian statutory frameworks and organizational policies.
• Drive strategic alignment, risk management, and quality control across all day-to-day functional deliverables.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and executive leaders to remove operational bottlenecks.
• Uphold uncompromising standards of workplace health, safety, and inclusive corporate culture.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and continuous improvement recommendations to team members.
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), identify optimization opportunities, and deliver high-standard reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Fleet Safety & Vehicle Compliance Auditor: Proven application in Australian professional operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven application in Australian professional operations.
• Compliance & Standards: Proven application in Australian professional operations.
• Operational Excellence: Proven application in Australian professional operations.
• Communication & Teamwork: Proven application in Australian professional operations.
• Relevant tertiary degree, trade qualification, or professional certification recognized in Australia.
• Proven track record of success in a similar capacity within reputable Australian or multinational organizations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder negotiation and technical articulation.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems efficiently.
• Valid Australian Working Rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid working visa).

Remuneration & Employee Benefits

• Base Remuneration: AU$85,000 – AU$105,000 per annum based on qualifications and demonstrated capability.
