Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

• Operate automated precast concrete carousel production systems, batching machinery, and advanced casting beds at the expanded Worksop facility.
• Assemble precision steel formwork, position rebar cages, and install cast-in MEP conduits for high-specification modular components.
• Monitor concrete placement, laser leveling, automated compaction, and controlled thermal curing cycles.
• Conduct pre-pour and post-cure dimensional quality checks, completing electronic inspection checklists.
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance on production equipment and champion 5S Lean manufacturing standards.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing, modern construction manufacturing (MMC), or industrial production environments.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, rebar schedules, and factory quality assurance protocols.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift or Overhead Gantry Crane certification highly desirable.
• Commitment to precision craftsmanship, teamwork, and rigorous manufacturing safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible day/night production shift patterns at Worksop.
