Key Duties & Core Performance Deliverables

As our Customer Journey Analytics Specialist, your daily focus and operational responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Implementation: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous optimization of key projects in accordance with established milestones and Australian statutory guidelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner effectively with multidisciplinary departments, executive sponsors, and external clients to align operational outputs with overarching corporate goals.
• Quality & Governance: Maintain stringent quality assurance protocols, risk management standards, and regulatory compliance across all deliverables.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate team workflows, identifying efficiencies and implementing automated or agile enhancements to improve productivity.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare high-level executive summaries, performance analytics, and actionable insights to guide forward planning.

Required Qualifications, Licences & Experience

• Educational Background: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, Tertiary Qualification, or recognized equivalent professional experience in Information & Communication Technology or a related discipline.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of contemporary enterprise tools, methodologies, and best-practice workflows.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal capabilities with proven aptitude for presenting complex information clearly.
