Gold Coast Private Hospital is recruiting an Intensive Care Registered Nurse for modern level-3 ICU.

Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Registered Nurse to join our 16-bed ICU caring for cardiothoracic and high-acuity surgical patients.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Manage 1:1: Manage 1:1 care for critically ill, intubated, and hemodynamically unstable intensive care patients.
• Titrate complex: Titrate complex vasoactive infusions, sedatives, and CRRT therapies.
• Assist intensivists: Assist intensivists during emergency intubations and line insertions.
• Conduct ongoing: Conduct ongoing neurological, cardiac, and respiratory telemetry assessments.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Healthscope, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing + Critical Care Certificate.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Current unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$90,000 – AU$108,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary $90,000 – $108,000 + 11.5% super + shift allowances.
