As a key member of the team at Eucalyptus Healthcare in Remote – Australia, All Australia, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Collaborate directly: Collaborate directly with telehealth psychiatrists, coordinate medication monitoring, and conduct virtual pre-admission assessments.
• Maintain thorough,: Maintain thorough, contemporaneous electronic clinical documentation in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.
• Collaborate virtually: Collaborate virtually with multi-disciplinary clinical teams, medical directors, and referring GPs.
• Ensure patient: Ensure patient safety by escalating emergency red-flag symptoms in accordance with national clinical protocols.
• Engage in: Engage in clinical peer reviews, quality assurance case studies, and continuous professional development (CPD).

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Eucalyptus Healthcare, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Psychology, Allied Health or Equivalent Australian Credential.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Demonstrated professional capability in Mental Health Nursing and AHPRA Credentialed.
• Current Australian clinical registration (AHPRA, AASW, SPA, or relevant national professional board) where required.
• Proven experience in acute clinical care, telehealth triage, or virtual consultation delivery.
• High degree of empathy, active listening, and strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Private, quiet home office environment with secure high-speed internet and valid Australian work rights.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$112,000 – AU$132,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
