We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team delivering a major data centre project based in Melbourne!

We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team delivering a major data centre project that will support Australia’s growing digital infrastructure.

This is a key site-based role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day construction activities, leading trades and subcontractors, and helping ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

Key Duties & Core Performance Deliverables

• Deliver high-standard operational and professional performance aligned with the scope of Supervisor| Leakes Road (Building).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with package engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and commercial teams.
• Enforce strict adherence to CPB Contractors’ ‘Safety Always’ zero-harm culture and quality frameworks.
• Identify operational roadblocks and risk items proactively, implementing solutions to maintain program delivery.

Required Qualifications, Licences & Experience

• What you’ll bring
• You’ll have previous experience supervising construction works and understand what it takes to keep people, programme and quality aligned on a busy project.
• More importantly, you’ll be someone who is respected on site, communicates well with trades and leads by example. You’ll know when to step in, when to escalate issues and how to keep work moving while maintaining high standards.
• We’re looking for someone who is practical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change and collaboration is critical.
• You’ll also bring:
• Experience supervising commercial, industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site operations
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work fronts

Remuneration Package & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: AUD $120,000 – $155,000 per annum.
