We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates who have proven experience in the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

In this position as Expression of Interest New Bundaberg Hospital, you will be embedded within the project delivery team for CPB Contractors, delivering critical outcomes aligned to safety, quality, and program milestones.

Key Duties & Core Performance Deliverables

• Deliver high-standard operational and professional performance aligned with the scope of Expression of Interest New Bundaberg Hospital.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with package engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and commercial teams.
• Enforce strict adherence to CPB Contractors’ ‘Safety Always’ zero-harm culture and quality frameworks.
• Identify operational roadblocks and risk items proactively, implementing solutions to maintain program delivery.

Required Qualifications, Licences & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification or industry-recognised certifications suitable for Expression of Interest New Bundaberg Hospital.
• Demonstrated experience in major infrastructure, civil engineering, or heavy commercial construction.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional team collaboration capabilities.
• Current Australian working rights and commitment to workplace safety.

Remuneration Package & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: AUD $120,000 – $160,000 per annum.
