Macquarie Group is currently seeking an accomplished and driven Quality Assurance Analyst – Anti-Money Laundering and KYC to join their specialized team based in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will be part of a forward-thinking global financial organization that empowers its people to drive innovation, deliver high-impact commercial outcomes, and build sustainable career pathways.
Join our Counterparty Lifecycle Management team, which is responsible for ensuring seamless transitions and updates for our corporate clients, maintaining high standard of quality and efficiency. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance of client due diligence activities across Commodities and Global Markets Group's Client Fulfillment. You will partner closely with business, operations and risk stakeholders to uphold KYC standards, identify process gaps, and recommend enhancements that drive operational excellence.
- Joining a high-performing and accountable team, you will help ensure our processes not only meet regulatory expectations but consistently exceed internal quality benchmarks.
- Monitor, evaluate, and challenge market and credit risk profiles across global portfolios and trading books.
- Formulate comprehensive risk assessments for novel transaction structures, structured products, and strategic investments.
- Design and enhance robust quantitative risk measurement frameworks, stress-testing parameters, and VaR models.
- Partner directly with front-office business units, quantitative developers, and external regulators to uphold prudential compliance.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in KYC within financial services or consulting
- Strong knowledge of KYC policies, AML regulations and jurisdictional requirements
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to identify root causes, trends and risk indicators
- Proven capability to analyse large volumes of data and documentation and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset focused on driving efficiency, quality and risk mitigation across the KYC lifecycle
- High attention to detail, strong critical thinking and sound risk management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and contribute innovative, constructive ideas.
