Coordinate farm-gate fresh berry and produce collections, refrigerated linehaul dispatch, and packaging supply for growers in the Coffs Coast region.

Lindsay Australia is seeking an Agricultural Logistics Coordinator based at our Coffs Harbour depot on the NSW Mid North Coast. You will coordinate daily farm-gate collections of fresh blueberries, avocados, and seasonal produce, scheduling refrigerated tautliner pickups, managing cold room staging, and arranging overnight linehaul transport to wholesale central markets in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

As a key member of the team at Lindsay Australia in Coffs Harbour, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Schedule daily: Schedule daily farm-gate truck pickups and pallet consolidation across regional horticultural growers.
• Coordinate refrigerated: Coordinate refrigerated linehaul departures ensuring timely transit to interstate wholesale produce markets.
• Manage regional: Manage regional depot cross-docking, temperature logging, and pallet exchange reconciliations (CHEP/Loscam).
• Maintain strong: Maintain strong working relationships with regional agricultural growers, farm managers, and packhouses.
• Ensure full: Ensure full compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) laws, driver rest breaks, and vehicle weight limits.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Lindsay Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Diploma in Logistics, Agribusiness, Supply Chain or relevant industry experience.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 4+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 4+ years of transport dispatch, freight coordination, or agricultural supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of perishable fresh produce handling, cold chain temperature requirements, and road transport scheduling.
• Strong geographic knowledge of regional NSW and interstate highway networks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with rural communities.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$110,000 – AU$130,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
