Lindsay Transport is hiring a Regional Depot Manager in Toowoomba to lead operations for refrigerated food and agricultural transport fleets.

Lindsay Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Depot Manager to direct daily transport operations and refrigerated linehaul from our Toowoomba facility.

As a key member of the team at Lindsay Australia in Toowoomba, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Oversee depot: Oversee depot fleet dispatch, driver scheduling, and refrigerated temperature compliance.
• Ensure on-time: Ensure on-time pickup and distribution of fresh agricultural produce to capital city markets.
• Direct workshop: Direct workshop maintenance coordination and heavy vehicle roadworthiness.
• Champion safety,: Champion safety, CoR compliance, and foster positive driver relationships.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Lindsay Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Diploma in Logistics, Business, or Transport Management.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 5 years transport depot management experience in cold chain or agricultural logistics.
• Deep understanding of Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
• Strong operational leadership skills and community relationship building.

At Lindsay Australia, we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$115,000 – AU$140,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Salary $115,000 – $140,000 + company vehicle + superannuation.
