  • Mandatory Qualification: Commercial Cookery Certificate III/IV + Extensive Michelin-star or 3-Hat fine dining leadership.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 8+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
  • 8+ years of senior culinary leadership experience in luxury 5-star international hotels or hatted fine dining establishments.
