Direct bespoke six-star concierge services, private butler suites, and luxury arrival experiences for Ultra-High-Net-Worth international guests at Crown Sydney.
Crown Sydney is seeking a distinguished Luxury VIP Hotel Guest Services & Concierge Director to lead our VIP hospitality operations at our landmark Barangaroo tower. You will orchestrate the arrival, bespoke itinerary curation, private butler service, and private yacht/helicopter transfers for world leaders, celebrities, and prestigious gaming patrons staying in our luxury hotel villas.
As a key member of the team at Crown Resorts in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Direct the: Direct the VIP guest relations, concierge, butler, and luxury chauffeur fleet operations.
- Curate exclusive: Curate exclusive high-end Sydney experiences, private dining access, and luxury shopping reservations for VIP guests.
- Ensure seamless: Ensure seamless operational coordination between hotel operations, private gaming salons, and executive security.
- Manage VIP: Manage VIP guest profiles in Opera PMS, capturing nuanced personal preferences and dietary needs.
- Coach and: Coach and mentor front-of-house teams to deliver discrete, anticipatory, and flawless six-star hospitality.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at Crown Resorts, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management + Les Clefs d’Or membership is highly regarded.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 7+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- 7+ years of senior guest relations or concierge management experience in world-class 5-star or 6-star luxury properties.
- Member of Les Clefs d’Or (Golden Keys) or equivalent international butler certification is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional poise, diplomacy, discretion, and interpersonal polish.
- Fluency in English (additional Asian or European languages is highly advantageous).

- Competitive Remuneration: AU$140,000 – AU$170,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
- Remuneration $140,000 – $170,000 + performance bonus + superannuation.
