Suncorp Group is recruiting a Senior FP&A Manager based at our world-class Heritage Lanes headquarters in Brisbane. You will lead financial planning, multi-year strategic forecasting, and operational variance analysis, partnering directly with Executive General Managers to drive commercial profitability.

As a key member of the team at Suncorp Group in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Lead the: Lead the annual corporate budgeting process and rolling quarterly financial forecasts.
• Construct dynamic: Construct dynamic driver-based financial models using Anaplan and Power BI.
• Deliver monthly: Deliver monthly management performance reports highlighting revenue margins, Opex drivers, and Capex spend.
• Partner with: Partner with divisional leaders to evaluate business case investments and cost-transformation initiatives.
• Present financial: Present financial performance insights and scenario analyses to the Group Chief Financial Officer.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Suncorp Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce / Accounting & CA / CPA Qualified.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Bachelor of Commerce, Business, or Accounting.
• Current CA or CPA membership.
• 6+ years commercial finance or FP&A experience within financial services or large corporate enterprises.
• High proficiency in enterprise financial modeling platforms (Anaplan, TM1, or Hyperion).

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$150,000 – AU$185,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Salary $150,000 – $185,000 + 11.5% super + performance STI bonus.
