Endeavour Group is seeking a talented National Logistics & Distribution Network Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Surry Hills, Sydney. You will utilize advanced mathematical modeling and supply chain simulation tools (Llamasoft/Coupa) to design optimal national freight flows, determine future DC footprint expansions, and minimize linehaul transport costs.

As a key member of the team at Endeavour Group in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Conduct strategic: Conduct strategic network optimization studies to evaluate distribution centre capacity and geographic hub locations.
• Model linehaul: Model linehaul freight lanes, primary transport consolidation, and last-mile store delivery schedules.
• Analyze inventory: Analyze inventory positioning strategies to balance high customer in-stock availability against working capital.
• Identify transport: Identify transport CO2 emission reduction initiatives through freight fleet optimization and route density.
• Collaborate with: Collaborate with 3PL logistics carriers to monitor service level performance and freight rate benchmarking.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Endeavour Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or Data Analytics.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 5+ years of supply chain modeling, logistics network planning, or freight management experience.
• Proficiency in supply chain optimization software (Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Anaplan, or AnyLogistix).
• Advanced analytical and data modeling skills in SQL, Python, or Power BI.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$130,000 – AU$155,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Package $130,000 – $155,000 + performance bonus + superannuation.
