Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and content teams to define and deliver digital solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. You will lead discovery activities, gather and document requirements, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives across digital platforms, including website transformation, search and discovery solutions, automation, personalisation, accessibility improvements, and employee experience enhancements. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
- Architect, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency financial systems and cloud-native microservices.
- Drive technical design and development across critical banking platforms, trading execution systems, and data pipelines.
- Champion engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, quantitative analysts, and business stakeholders to translate financial workflows into scalable code.
- Ensure system resilience, security hardening, and operational observability across production distributed architectures.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital, web, customer experience, content, or platform-focused initiatives
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise content management platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria within agile delivery environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on delivering business outcomes through practical, user-centred solutions.
