Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for a Global Procurement Manager for Airline Contracts to join our Global Air Supply team in South Bank, Brisbane. You will take charge of commercial negotiations with major international carriers (Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Emirates, United), securing competitive private airfares, commission override structures, and direct NDC content.

As a key member of the team at Flight Centre Travel Group in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Lead high-stakes: Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations for multi-year airline distribution agreements.
• Structure competitive: Structure competitive override incentive programs, marketing development funds, and private route deals.
• Analyze market: Analyze market share shift data, MIDT ticketing data, and airline route profitability.
• Ensure seamless: Ensure seamless distribution of negotiated fares across global retail and corporate booking tools (GDS/NDC).
• Manage strategic: Manage strategic partnerships with airline executive commercial directors globally.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Flight Centre Travel Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Commerce, Business, Tourism Management or Supply Chain.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 6+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 6+ years of commercial aviation procurement, airline sales management, or global travel distribution experience.
• Deep understanding of airline economics, revenue management tactics, and ticketing distribution agreements.
• Proven track record in high-value contract negotiation and supplier relationship governance.
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Tourism, or related discipline.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$145,000 – AU$175,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Remuneration $145,000 – $175,000 + annual incentive bonus + equity share options.
