FCM Travel is hiring a Corporate Travel Team Leader in South Bank to lead a dedicated corporate consultant pod managing enterprise client accounts.

Flight Centre Travel Group’s flagship corporate division (FCM Travel) is seeking a Corporate Travel Team Leader in Brisbane to manage travel logistics for multinational accounts.

As a key member of the team at Flight Centre Travel Group in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Lead and: Lead and coach a team of 6-8 corporate travel consultants delivering high-touch travel bookings.
• Construct complex: Construct complex multi-city international airfares, corporate hotel blocks, and VIP itineraries using Sabre GDS.
• Monitor team: Monitor team booking SLAs, client travel policy adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with: Partner with account managers during quarterly client review presentations.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Flight Centre Travel Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Diploma of Travel & Tourism or Equivalent Experience.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 4 years experience in corporate travel consulting with GDS proficiency (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Proven leadership capabilities and team coaching experience.
• Strong commercial problem-solving and crisis re-accommodation skills.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$80,000 – AU$100,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Base salary $80,000 – $100,000 + monthly team profit-share incentives + super.
