InterContinental Sydney is seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our front-of-house teams overlooking Sydney Harbour. Following a landmark multi-million dollar transformation, you will direct reception, guest services, valet, and the exclusive Club InterContinental rooftop lounge.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Manage daily: Manage daily front desk operations, room assignments, and seamless check-in/check-out experiences in Opera PMS.
- Coordinate VIP: Coordinate VIP arrival protocols, diplomatic delegations, and high-tier IHG One Rewards loyalty members.
- Drive front-office: Drive front-office upsell programs, room upgrades, and ancillary revenue streams.
- Train and: Train and develop team members in luxury Forbes hospitality standards and service recovery.
- Monitor guest: Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and resolve guest feedback promptly with grace and empathy.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at IHG Hotels & Resorts, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Diploma or Degree in International Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
- 3-5 years progressive leadership in front office operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Opera PMS and Delphi.
- Polished presentation, flawless communication, and genuine passion for hospitality.

- Competitive Remuneration: AU$95,000 – AU$120,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
