Navitas is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions & International Student Recruitment based in Perth. You will spearhead international student recruitment strategies across South Asia, China, and Latin America for leading Australian university partner colleges, managing agent networks and ESOS/CRICOS regulatory compliance.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

  • Develop and: Develop and execute global recruitment campaigns achieving multi-million dollar student tuition enrolment targets.
  • Manage overseas: Manage overseas education agent networks, conducting agent compliance audits and performance reviews.
  • Direct the: Direct the admissions team ensuring streamlined Genuine Student (GS) assessments and visa processing.
  • Ensure adherence: Ensure adherence to the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act and National Code standards.
  • Collaborate with: Collaborate with university partner executives to align articulation agreements and joint marketing budgets.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Navitas Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Marketing, International Business, or Education Administration.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or International Relations.
  • 6+ years experience in international higher education recruitment or university admissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian international student visa regulations and ESOS/CRICOS frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success building productive agency networks across global source markets.

  • Competitive Remuneration: AU$140,000 – AU$175,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
  • Remuneration $140,000 – $175,000 + 11.5% super + performance bonus.
