Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Take ownership across digital infrastructure investments, from finding opportunities through execution and exit.
- Execute and drive deploy third-party equity capital and actively manage existing investments with a clear focus on long-term value creation.
- Execute and drive partner closely with senior leaders in our portfolio companies to set strategy, guide business planning, and manage performance.
- Additionally support mentoring and development within our team while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- You'll have the opportunity to bring your judgement, and mindset needed to lead investments and support growing businesses in a dynamic environment.
- Salary range for this position: $260,000 – 285,000/Year.
- Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a direct investing role.
- Experience in the digital or communications industries is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of leading transactions through successful execution.
- Analytical, interpersonal, and commercial skills with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Experience driving performance across investments and operating companies from a shareholder perspective.
