Lendlease is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial building delivery team in Sydney. You will manage cost planning, trade procurement packages, monthly progress claims, and final account negotiations for benchmark commercial and mixed-use urban regeneration developments.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Establish detailed: Establish detailed cost plans from feasibility through to schematic and detailed design stages.
- Prepare tender: Prepare tender documentation, subcontractor packages, and lead commercial negotiation.
- Assess contractor: Assess contractor progress claims, variation claims, and monthly cost-to-complete forecasts.
- Administer commercial: Administer commercial construction contracts under standard Australian conditions (AS 4000/4300).
- Present detailed: Present detailed financial reporting to project directors and institutional investment partners.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at Lendlease, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor of Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or AIQS / RICS Member.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years post-graduate quantity surveying experience with a Tier-1 contractor or PQS firm.
- Professional membership with AIQS or RICS is highly regarded.
- Expertise in CostX and enterprise ERP accounting systems.

- Competitive Remuneration: AU$155,000 – AU$195,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
- Market-leading salary $155,000 – $195,000 + annual incentive bonus + super.
