Lead the operational delivery of managed cybersecurity services, threat detection, and compliance advisory for enterprise clients across Western Australia at NTT.

NTT Australia is hiring a Managed Security Services Lead to oversee security operations delivery for our enterprise client portfolio in Perth. You will manage client security posture, oversee SOC escalation workflows, lead quarterly cyber risk reviews, and ensure full compliance with ISO 27001, APRA CPS 234, and the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act.

As a key member of the team at NTT Australia in Perth, WA, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Lead service: Lead service delivery of managed detection, vulnerability management, and security advisory services.
• Act as: Act as senior virtual CISO (vCISO) and trusted security advisor for executive enterprise clients.
• Oversee SOC: Oversee SOC service level agreements (SLAs), incident response handovers, and continuous security improvements.
• Conduct annual: Conduct annual cybersecurity audits and maturity assessments aligned with NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Mentor and: Mentor and guide operational cybersecurity analysts and client security managers.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at NTT Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Tertiary degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or certifications (CISM, CISSP, CRISC).
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 7+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 7+ years in information security with demonstrated leadership experience in an MSSP or enterprise IT environment.
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• In-depth knowledge of Australian cybersecurity regulations (SOCI Act, Privacy Act, APRA CPS 234).
• Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and written communication capabilities.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$165,000 – AU$195,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
