Adecco is recruiting a National Workforce Planning Analyst in North Sydney to build staffing forecast models for national client contracts.

Adecco Australia is seeking an analytical Workforce Planning Analyst to develop predictive labor models, roster schedules, and workforce demand forecasting.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

  • Analyze historical: Analyze historical staffing trends and build predictive workforce demand models using Power BI and Excel.
  • Optimize staffing: Optimize staffing schedules and shift rosters to maximize labor utilization and minimize overtime.
  • Track workforce: Track workforce KPIs including attrition, absenteeism, fill rates, and time-to-hire.
  • Present workforce: Present workforce analytics reports to commercial client account managers.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Adecco Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or Human Resources.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
  • 3+ years experience in workforce planning, labor analytics, or resource modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced statistical modeling.
  • Understanding of Australian Modern Awards and rostering compliance rules.

  • Competitive Remuneration: AU$100,000 – AU$120,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
  • Salary $100,000 – $120,000 + super + performance bonus.
