Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

In this position at Eucalyptus, your primary deliverables and day-to-day focus areas include:

• Drive key operational objectives and clinical/commercial deliverables aligned with Senior Designer (Freelance) requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, growth, and operations teams across global hubs.
• Ensure highest standards of operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient-centric excellence.
• Proactively identify process improvements, workflow automations, and scalable methodologies.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, Eucalyptus is seeking candidates who possess the following credentials, competencies, and mindset:

• You’re an experienced product designer (3-5+ years) with a track record of leading design on complex, high-stakes initiatives.
• You’re a craft leader: detail-oriented, thoughtful, and rigorous in how you explore, validate, and execute design solutions.
• You’re a strong collaborator, with experience pairing closely with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders across disciplines.
• You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, bringing clarity to fuzzy problems, and driving alignment with velocity.
• You take initiative and ownership, while remaining flexible.
• You are adaptable and pragmatic. You stay focused on the task at hand and can deliver quality solutions within existing constraints.
• You make effective decisions with the bigger picture and opportunity costs in mind.
• You have a strong understanding of design processes, and know when to, and when not to, implement them
