Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

In this position at Eucalyptus, your primary deliverables and day-to-day focus areas include:

• Drive key operational objectives and clinical/commercial deliverables aligned with Operations Support, Manila (UK Support) requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, growth, and operations teams across global hubs.
• Ensure highest standards of operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient-centric excellence.
• Proactively identify process improvements, workflow automations, and scalable methodologies.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, Eucalyptus is seeking candidates who possess the following credentials, competencies, and mindset:

• Highly Organised: Ability to manage multiple products, brands, and processes simultaneously with accuracy
• Data Analytics Expertise: Strong technical data management, reporting & analytics skills. Able to interpret sales data and trends to support forecasting and inventory decisions
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and standard business software (Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure product information is accurate and inventory records are precise
• Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
• 4+ years experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, retail buying, or similar roles
• A degree with a strong quantitative or analytical component – such as business, finance, computer science, engineering, or mathematics
