Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Reporting directly to the Head of Asia Wealth Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the firm Asset Management's growing Asia Wealth business.
- Working as part of a high-impact regional team, you will gain hands-on experience delivering marketing initiatives that drive client engagement and support business priorities across key wealth markets.
- Execute and drive help plan and execute high-profile industry conferences, sponsorships and proprietary client events from end to end, with opportunities for occasional regional travel to support key initiatives.
- Beyond events, you will contribute to a broad range of marketing activities, including campaigns, email programmes, branded merchandise, client experience initiatives, reporting and process improvement projects, providing exposure to the full spectrum of wealth marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to you will help ensure the timely delivery of marketing programmes while maintaining compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, with hands-on experience delivering marketing initiatives and events end-to-end.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, client engagement or a related role within financial services, wealth management, asset management, a B2B environment or a relevant agency setting.
- Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across internal teams, external vendors and business partners; fluency in Cantonese is essential.
- A proactive, detail-oriented and client-focused approach, with experience using CRM and event management platforms such as Salesforce, Cvent, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
