Pilbara Minerals is hiring an experienced Senior Port & Export Logistics Coordinator based in Port Hedland, Western Australia. You will manage the landside-to-seaborne supply chain, scheduling road train haulage from mine to port, managing warehouse shed stockpiles, liaising with the Pilbara Ports Authority (PPA) for ship berthing, and overseeing bulk cargo loading.

As a key member of the team at Pilbara Minerals in Port Hedland, WA, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Coordinate bulk: Coordinate bulk vessel berthing, laycan windows, and ship loader sequences with Pilbara Ports Authority and shipping agents.
• Manage concentrate: Manage concentrate shed stockpile storage, moisture monitoring, and draught survey weight reconciliations.
• Schedule and: Schedule and monitor high-productivity quad-road-train haulage deliveries from Pilgangoora mine site to port.
• Prepare export: Prepare export shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, and Australian Customs declarations.
• Manage demurrage: Manage demurrage risk and optimize vessel turnaround times at berths.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Pilbara Minerals, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Maritime Logistics, Commerce or Business.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 4+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 4+ years of port operations, bulk commodity export logistics, or maritime shipping experience in Australia.
• Solid understanding of port authority protocols, vessel laytime/demurrage, and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
• Proficiency with ERP logistics modules (SAP/Oracle) and transport management systems.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-agency coordination skills.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$130,000 – AU$155,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary ($130,000 – $155,000) + regional Port Hedland housing support or FIFO from Perth.
