Design, deploy, and support enterprise Identity Governance (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) architectures across corporate client environments.

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our Cybersecurity practice in Melbourne. You will build and configure automated identity lifecycle processes, single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and privileged session recording using SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta, and CyberArk PAM to safeguard enterprise authentication.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Implement and: Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors for automated user onboarding, role management, and offboarding.
• Deploy single: Deploy single sign-on (SSO) and adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) federations using Okta and SAML/OIDC.
• Administer CyberArk: Administer CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) vaults and rotate privileged service account credentials.
• Write custom: Write custom integration logic and rules using Java, BeanShell, and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in: Participate in identity access certification campaigns and regulatory compliance audits.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at DXC Technology Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or certifications (SailPoint Certified, Okta Certified).
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 4+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience implementing enterprise IAM/IGA solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, as well as Okta Identity Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python).
• Deep knowledge of identity standards (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM).

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$135,000 – AU$165,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary ($135,000 – $165,000) + annual bonus.
