Mirvac is recruiting a Senior Commercial Property Development Sales Manager to lead the sales campaign for an iconic luxury residential waterfront development in Sydney. You will manage display gallery operations, direct sales agent networks, coordinate channel partner promotions, and convert high-net-worth local and offshore purchasers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities
In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:
- Drive sales: Drive sales strategy and achieve exchange targets for luxury off-the-plan apartment residences.
- Manage premier: Manage premier display suite operations, customer journey experiences, and VIP release events.
- Negotiate sales: Negotiate sales contracts, pricing variations, and apartment customizations with ultra-high-net-worth buyers.
- Manage domestic: Manage domestic and offshore channel marketing networks adhering to FIRB compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with: Collaborate with development directors and architects on unit mix design and finishes schedules.
Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience
To be successful in this position at Mirvac Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:
- Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, or Commerce & Current NSW Real Estate Licence.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Business, or Real Estate.
- Current NSW Real Estate Agent Licence (Class 1 or 2).
- Minimum 6 years off-the-plan project sales experience with a leading Australian developer or agency.
- Demonstrated track record executing multi-million dollar luxury apartment sales.
