FCM Travel is recruiting an experienced Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our multinational corporate accounts desk at Flight Centre’s Global Headquarters in South Brisbane. You will manage seamless travel solutions, round-the-world itineraries, and corporate hotel programs for ASX 100 executives.

As a key member of the team at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCM) in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Construct and: Construct and ticket complex multi-stop international airfare bookings using Sabre and Amadeus GDS.
• Manage VIP: Manage VIP executive corporate travel profiles, preferred seating, and luxury hotel amenities.
• Provide proactive: Provide proactive flight disruption management, emergency rerouting, and 24/7 duty-of-care support.
• Ensure corporate: Ensure corporate client travel policy compliance and cost-containment metrics.
• Deliver monthly: Deliver monthly travel spend reports and airline loyalty program optimization for client travel managers.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCM), candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Certificate III in Tourism / Travel or equivalent corporate booking experience.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Certificate in Travel & Tourism or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
• High proficiency with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS systems.
• Exceptional customer service instincts and high attention to detail under fast-paced demands.

At Flight Centre Travel Group (FCM), we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$85,000 – AU$105,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Base salary $85,000 – $105,000 + 11.5% super + lucrative uncapped incentive commissions.
