Wesfarmers Corporate HQ in Perth is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and coordinate Board meetings.

Wesfarmers is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level confidential executive support to our Managing Director and Board of Directors in Perth.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

  • Provide proactive: Provide proactive diary management, travel logistics, and briefing papers for the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate Board: Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, compiling board packs and formal resolutions.
  • Manage confidential: Manage confidential correspondence, incoming inquiries, and executive communications.
  • Liaise with: Liaise with divisional CEOs, ASX regulators, and institutional investors.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Wesfarmers, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent Experience.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives in ASX-listed corporations.
  • Impeccable written communication, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365, Board portal platforms, and travel booking systems.
