DHL Supply Chain is recruiting a Warehouse Operations Manager in Sydney to oversee GMP-compliant pharmaceutical and vaccine cold chain distribution.

DHL Supply Chain Australia is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Healthcare Life Sciences distribution facility.

As a key member of the team at DHL Supply Chain Australia in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Direct warehousing: Direct warehousing operations across 2°C–8°C cold rooms and -80°C ultra-low freezers.
• Ensure strict: Ensure strict compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP, and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations.
• Manage inventory: Manage inventory control, batch tracing, and serialization verification for pharmaceutical goods.
• Lead continuous: Lead continuous quality audits and temperature excursion investigations.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at DHL Supply Chain Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Logistics, Business, or Pharmacy / Science.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 5+ years warehouse operations leadership, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device, or cold chain logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of TGA standards and ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Experience managing automated warehouse management systems (Manhattan or SAP EWM).

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$120,000 – AU$145,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Salary $120,000 – $145,000 + performance bonus + superannuation.
