Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and supply chain integration systems for Bunnings Warehouse nationwide.

Bunnings Group is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Systems & SAP Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain Technology team in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. You will be the functional expert configuring SAP S/4HANA, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Materials Management (MM) to streamline warehouse receiving, yard management, RF scanning, and automated EDI purchase orders.

As a key member of the team at Bunnings Group in Melbourne, VIC, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Lead functional: Lead functional design and configuration of SAP EWM and MM modules supporting distribution centre operations.
• Design and: Design and test automated EDI integrations (850 PO, 856 ASN) linking thousands of suppliers into Bunnings’ supply network.
• Troubleshoot interface: Troubleshoot interface errors between SAP, automated conveyor sorting systems, and transport management systems (TMS).
• Collaborate with: Collaborate with supply chain business process owners to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct end-user: Conduct end-user training, author standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals, and provide cutover go-live support.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Bunnings Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science or SAP Certification.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP EWM, WM, or MM modules.
• Demonstrated experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations or large-scale retail supply chain migrations.
• Solid understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory control, and RF barcode picking processes.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$140,000 – AU$170,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Remuneration $140,000 – $170,000 + performance bonus + superannuation.
