As a key member of the team at Pedestrian Group in Remote – Australia, All Australia, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Accelerate enterprise: Accelerate enterprise sales pipeline through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM), webinar programs, and high-intent inbound campaigns.
• Monitor core: Monitor core marketing performance indicators (CAC, ROAS, Organic Traffic, Conversion Rate) and deliver actionable weekly insights.
• Collaborate asynchronously: Collaborate asynchronously with design, product, and engineering squads to launch seamless digital customer experiences.
• Maintain thorough: Maintain thorough campaign documentation, creative testing logs, and audience research findings.
• Stay ahead: Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, digital privacy shifts, and emerging creative advertising formats.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Pedestrian Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or Equivalent Experience.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Demonstrated professional capability in Demand Generation and Inbound Marketing.
• Proven experience managing campaigns or strategies targeting the Australian consumer or B2B market.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret web metrics and turn data into creative marketing opportunities.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical industry track record.
• Valid Australian work rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Full Work Visa).

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$125,000 – AU$150,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
