Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

  • Recruit top: Recruit top Australian digital publishers, negotiate high-yield commercial commissions, and optimize performance affiliate channels.
  • Monitor core: Monitor core marketing performance indicators (CAC, ROAS, Organic Traffic, Conversion Rate) and deliver actionable weekly insights.
  • Collaborate asynchronously: Collaborate asynchronously with design, product, and engineering squads to launch seamless digital customer experiences.
  • Maintain thorough: Maintain thorough campaign documentation, creative testing logs, and audience research findings.
  • Stay ahead: Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, digital privacy shifts, and emerging creative advertising formats.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at WooliesX (Woolworths Group), candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or Equivalent Experience.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
  • Demonstrated professional capability in Affiliate Marketing and Impact / Commission Factory.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns or strategies targeting the Australian consumer or B2B market.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret web metrics and turn data into creative marketing opportunities.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical industry track record.
  • Valid Australian work rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Full Work Visa).
