Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate and motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (Level 2) to join our team at Penshurst Campus. This permanent full-time opportunity offers the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across rural health and aged care services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred nursing care that supports positive health outcomes and quality of life for patients and residents.
• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Work collaboratively with patients, residents, families and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement activities and practise within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
• Support orientation, mentoring and preceptorship activities while acting as a positive role model within the clinical environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.

Skills & Competencies

• Compassionate and motivated nursing practice.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Salary, Benefits & Perks

• Hourly rate of $34.68 – $38.55 per hour (IB66-IB72 depending on experience).
